Roles & Responsibilities
Conference Coordination: Support the planning and execution of conference activities and ensure smooth committee operations.
Academic Development: Identify, invite, and engage subject experts to enhance the conference’s academic quality.
Sponsorship & Partnerships: Facilitate sponsorships, exhibitions, and industry collaborations to strengthen engagement and funding.
Program Structuring: Assist in designing the conference schedule, themes, and special sessions in line with objectives.
Session Management: Coordinate technical sessions, support moderators, and ensure effective interaction between speakers and participants.
Keynote & Guest Engagement:
Help identify and invite distinguished keynote speakers and special guests from academia and industry.
